1. Disciplinary Committee: Following feedback from last year’s event, we have established a Disciplinary Committee that will oversee and address any non-disciplinary incidents throughout Khel Utsav. The committee comprises the CEO, the admin head, and the academic heads.

2. Communication Sub-committee: Building on our CEO’s vision for inclusivity and fostering collaborative efforts, we have formed a Communication Sub-committee. This sub-committee, appointed by coordinators and department representatives, will ensure the smooth flow of information throughout the event, contributing to its overall success.
