IIMS College organized an Academic Writing Session for BBA 8th semester from 17th to 19th Jan, 2023 and BBA 6th semester from 18th to 20th January, 2023 from 7 am onwards at IIMS College Premises. It was hosted by Mr. Phu Pd Subedi (Ph.D. Scholar in Management) and Mr. Dinesh Basnet (Assistant Prof. Tribhuvan University), respectively. With an aim to enrich students with research and analytical skills, the session helped improve the student’s overall academic writing. 

Academic writing is a formal style of writing needed for every students to level up their academic performance. The resource persons detailed the students with different writing strategies and techniques followed by real-time tests. They also provided various examples on academic papers and taught how citations should be done. Lastly, students presented on topics related to academic writing and reflected on their learnings. 

The session was conducted successfully and helped students prepare for the skills required for their career in the business field as well as their academic success.
