The session on Nepali Culture Through Marketing featured Mr. Ujaya Shakya, Founder of Outreach Nepal and author of Brand Sutra & Brand Sutra 2.0, who delivered an insightful exploration of how culture and marketing intersect in today’s dynamic landscape.


During the session, Mr. Shakya emphasized the importance of understanding cultural values, traditions, and local context when developing meaningful and impactful marketing strategies. He highlighted how brands can create stronger connections with their audiences by embracing authenticity and storytelling rooted in Nepali identity.
Students from the BIHM and BBUS programs actively engaged with the ideas shared, gaining practical knowledge on positioning brands in a way that resonates with both local and global audiences.
