IIMS College proudly presents “Experience Japan on a Plate”, a 5-course Japanese culinary experience served by the BIHM September 2025 and January 2026 batches. This unique event offers guests an immersive Japanese dining experience featuring authentic flavors, elegant presentation, and exceptional hospitality.

Hosted at Taylor’s Cafe, Naxal, the event is designed to provide guests with a premium 5-course Japanese cuisine experience, thoughtfully prepared and served by aspiring hospitality professionals. From beautifully crafted sushi to rich traditional flavors, every dish reflects the students’ dedication, creativity, and practical learning in the field of hospitality and culinary arts.
