The Jazz & Charcuterie evening, held on 8th August 2025 at Taylor’s Cafe, Naxal Bhagwatibahal, showcased how IIMS College blends classroom learning with real-world practice.
Our BIHM Jan 2025 intake students took charge of planning and delivering this unique hospitality event. They turned theory into a smooth, memorable guest experience. From the welcome drinks to the unlimited charcuterie boards and authentic Arabic delights, every element showed their growing skills in service, presentation, and guest engagement.
Smooth live jazz performances added elegance to the evening. The music created an inviting atmosphere that encouraged conversation, connection, and enjoyment. Guests experienced the creativity and professionalism our students have been developing in their studies.
