IIMS College Hosts Fine Dining Experience Led by BIHM Students

A unique fine dining experience is being organized by the BIHM Sept 2025 and Jan 2026 batches, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a professionally curated three-course meal while witnessing the practical hospitality skills of students in action.

The event features a complete dining journey including a starter, main course, and dessert, carefully prepared and served by the students as part of their hands-on learning experience in culinary arts and hospitality service. The initiative reflects the college’s commitment to experiential learning, where students apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings and develop the professional standards expected in the hospitality industry.

The fine dining sessions will take place at Taylor’s Cafe, Naxal, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, on 17th March, 18th March, and 20th March 2026. Guests can enjoy the three-course meal at an accessible price of Nrs. 300 nett, making it one of the most value-driven dining experiences in the city.

As the seats are intentionally limited to maintain an intimate and high-quality service environment, early booking is encouraged. The event not only allows guests to experience fine dining but also supports the development of future hospitality professionals as they demonstrate their culinary creativity, service etiquette, and teamwork.

The fine dining experience reflects the college’s vision of “Redefining Modern Education,” where students gain practical exposure and confidence to thrive in the global hospitality industry.
