BIHM January 2026 Intake to Host Jazz & Charcuterie Night

Students of the Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (BIHM) January 2026 Intake at IIMS College are set to organize Jazz & Charcuterie Night, a unique hospitality event that blends live entertainment with an international dining experience. The event will take place on 31 July 2026 from 6:00 PM onwards at Taylor’s Café, Naxal, Bhagwatibahal.

As part of their experiential learning journey, the BIHM students are taking the lead in planning and executing the event, providing them with hands-on exposure to hospitality operations, event management, guest relations, food presentation, and service excellence. The initiative reflects the program’s commitment to preparing students for real-world hospitality careers through practical experiences beyond the classroom.

The highlight of the evening will be an Unlimited Charcuterie Board, featuring an assortment of premium cheeses, cold cuts, artisanal breads, fresh fruits, crackers, nuts, dips, and carefully curated delicacies inspired by different countries. Complementing the culinary offerings, guests will enjoy the soothing ambiance of live jazz music, creating an elegant and relaxing atmosphere throughout the evening.

Jazz & Charcuterie Night has been designed to celebrate the art of fine dining, cultural diversity, and exceptional hospitality. The event offers guests an opportunity to indulge in global flavors while experiencing the warmth and professionalism of aspiring hospitality professionals.
