Key Responsibilities
Routine & Timetable Management
Prepare, implement, and maintain class routines and academic timetables for all programs and semesters.
Coordinate with department and faculty members for effective scheduling.
Make necessary adjustments to routines due to faculty availability, holidays, or institutional requirements.
Ensure optimal utilization of classrooms and academic resources.
Examination Management
Support in preparing examination schedules and communicate them to students and faculty on time.
Ensure compliance with examination rules, regulations, and confidentiality standards.
Support result compilation, verification, and timely publication.
Academic Coordination
Act as a liaison between academic departments, faculty, and administration.
Maintain academic calendars and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Assist in academic audits, inspections, and university-related documentation when required.
Record Keeping & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of routines, timetables, exam schedules, and attendance.
Prepare reports related to academic scheduling and examinations.
Manage official academic communications related to routines and exams.
Administrative Support
Provide support during admission seasons, orientations, and academic events.
Handle student and faculty queries related to schedules and examinations.
Perform other academic or administrative duties as assigned by management.
