Scholarship and Financial Aid

The scholarship section at IIMS College provides detailed information about various financial aid opportunities available to students. It includes criteria for eligibility, application procedures, and deadlines. Scholarships are designed to support students based on academic merit, financial need, and other special talents, making education accessible and affordable.

IIMS Merit

Awarded to students with strong academic performance in their previous studies. Selection is based on a scholarship assessment, and it recognizes consistent academic achievements during admission.

Eligibility

  • Must have admitted or secured offer letter
  • May use forecast/actual result to apply
  • Achievements(s) in competition & position held in club/society/institution/event will be an added advantage

Academic Criteria

  • See or equivalent: Min 18 points to qualify
  • +2/NEB or equivalent: Min 18 points to qualify

*grades of Practical and Theory subjects is aggregated before eligibility
calculation

Eligibility

Communal Criteria:

  • Letter issued by Local government authorities certifying:
    • Low income status
    • Number of dependents and physical disability
  • Proof of income (Bank Statement)

Designed for students who demonstrate exceptional talent in creative fields such as arts, music, or performance. Applicants are encouraged to showcase their achievements and passion through documented evidence.

General Criteria

  • Must have secured offer letter of admission
  • Non-Sports talent achiever
  • May use forecast/actual result to apply

Talent Criteria

  • Evidence of Achievement(s)/participation in competitions held at National/State/Club/
    Society/Institution level event

Academic Criteria

  • Meet minimum programme entry requirement

Celebrates the dedication and achievements of student athletes who have excelled in sports. This scholarship empowers them to continue pursuing excellence both on the field and in the classroom.

IIMS Excellence

Awarded to students who consistently excel academically while maintaining strong discipline and commitment throughout their studies. Selection is based on faculty recommendations and a holistic review of academic conduct.

Eligibility

  • Those who have attended 3 semester exams can apply
  • May use forecast/actual result to apply

Academic Criteria

  • Must have been Dean’s Listed
  • Must have maintained minimum 3.0 CGPA in all consecutive semesters
  • Must have maintained above 80% attendance in all subjects
  • Must have passed all assessments
  • No failures and negative remarks issued
  • Recommendation by Faculty

*Announced and awarded yearly during IIMS’s signature events or at special academic occasions
