IIMS College hosted the Yamaha Safe Riding Science Awareness Program for its Pre-University students, creating an engaging learning experience focused on road safety, responsible riding, and awareness beyond the classroom.
The program was designed to help students understand the importance of safe and responsible behaviour on the road. Through the awareness session, students were introduced to key aspects of road safety, including responsible riding practices, road discipline, awareness of surrounding traffic, and the importance of making informed decisions while travelling.

The session provided students with practical insights into everyday road situations and encouraged them to think more consciously about their responsibilities as road users. Rather than limiting learning to academic concepts, the program connected students with an important aspect of everyday life and personal responsibility.
At IIMS College, we believe education is not limited to textbooks and classrooms. Opportunities that expose students to real-world knowledge and practical awareness play an important role in shaping confident, responsible, and well-rounded individuals. Programs such as this complement our students’ academic journey by helping them develop awareness and life skills that extend beyond their studies.

The Yamaha Safe Riding Science Awareness Program also encouraged students to recognise that road safety is a shared responsibility. Developing safe habits and maintaining awareness can contribute to creating safer roads and a more responsible community.
For our Pre-University students, the program was an informative and meaningful experience that added a practical dimension to their learning journey while reinforcing the importance of safety, awareness, responsibility, and informed decision-making.
IIMS College remains committed to providing students with learning experiences that support not only their academic development but also their growth as responsible individuals prepared to navigate the world beyond the classroom.
