The BIHM students at IIMS College participated in an insightful and engaging Communication Workshop conducted by Mr. Brihat Singh Boswa, Academic Director of the School of Business and Hospitality. The session was designed to strengthen students’ communication competencies and prepare them for the dynamic demands of the hospitality industry.
During the workshop, Mr. Boswa emphasized the importance of effective communication as a fundamental skill for personal and professional success. He provided valuable insights into verbal, non-verbal, and interpersonal communication, highlighting how these skills influence leadership, teamwork, guest relations, and overall professional performance in the hospitality sector.
