The BIHM Sept. 2025 Intake Students participated in an engaging and insightful session titled “Scaling Your Business: From a Single Outlet to a Multi-Unit Brand.” The session provided students with an opportunity to explore the journey of transforming a single business outlet into a growing and successful multi-unit brand.
The session was led by Mr. Sushant Timilsina, Founder of Wittys Coffee House and Hotel Pvt. Ltd. and Simplify Business Pvt. Ltd. With his experience in entrepreneurship and business development, Mr. Timilsina shared valuable insights into the realities of establishing, expanding, and managing a business across multiple locations.
Throughout the session, students gained a deeper understanding of the different stages involved in business growth.
