On 22 November 2025, our BBUS Jan 2025 intake students hosted an engaging panel discussion titled PAILA – The Next Step in Innovative and Sustainable Business at Aranya Boutique Hotel, Shivapuri Block. Organized as part of their Professionalism at Workplace module, the event gave students a meaningful platform to apply their classroom learning while connecting with experienced voices from the industry.
The panel brought together inspiring speakers Aastha Saakha, Amit Chhetri, Pragya Neupane, Pramosh Adhikari and Sudin Bajracharya, with Ashim Saxena and Kelvin Sherchan guiding the conversation as moderators. Their shared experiences, stories and practical insights created an open and thoughtful atmosphere where ideas flowed naturally.
The event encouraged learning, interaction and conversation, allowing students to build confidence while expanding their network. It also reflected IIMS College’s commitment to offering great experiences that connect academic knowledge with real professional perspectives.
