On July 28, 2025, IIMS College proudly hosted a highly engaging and empowering training session titled “Inspire. Lead. Teach: Train the Trainer”. This session was designed exclusively for Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (BIHM) students. The training was led by the esteemed Mr. Tengku Murad Tengku Bin Mokhtar, Franchise Coordinator and Senior Lecturer at Taylor’s University, Malaysia.
The training focused on key competencies needed for future trainers and leaders in hospitality. Mr. Mokhtar used his vast academic and industry experience to guide students through the core principles of effective training, leadership communication, and mentoring. His interactive and practical approach helped students reflect on their own leadership styles. Students also gained real-world strategies on how to teach and inspire others in a professional setting.
