IIMS College proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of BIHM September 2023 Intake students, Ms. Dipika Karki and Ms. Namrata Paudel, for successfully presenting their research paper at the prestigious 9th Asia Euro Conference 2026 held in the Maldives.
Representing IIMS College on an international academic platform, the students presented their research titled “Women and the Glass Ceiling in Hospitality: Perceptions, Reactions, and Career Outcomes.” Their presentation explored important discussions surrounding gender barriers within the hospitality industry, highlighting perceptions of workplace inequality, professional challenges faced by women, and the impact on long-term career growth and opportunities.
