IIMS College recently hosted the FUTURE FORWARD: Leadership, Communication, and Networking session for BCS students of the Sep 2025 intake. The session was an amazing experience as students actively participated, stayed fully engaged and learned practical skills to prepare for professional success beyond academics.
The session was led by Ms. Shruti Shrestha, Section Officer at the Supreme Court of Nepal. Throughout the session, students took part in interactive discussions and activities focused on strengthening leadership abilities, improving communication, and building effective networking skills. The hands-on approach encouraged students to share ideas, build confidence, and better understand professional expectations.
This initiative highlights IIMS College’s commitment to providing industry-relevant exposure and holistic student development. The active participation and enthusiasm shown by the students made the session impactful, helping them take a step forward in becoming confident, skilled, and future-ready professionals.
