IIMS College hosted the Future Forward session for the BCS January 2026 Intake, providing students with valuable insights into the role of soft skills in personal and professional development. Held at the Conference Hall, Aranya Boutique Hotel, the session encouraged students to strengthen the qualities that complement their technical knowledge and prepare them for future career success.
The session was led by Mr. Pankaj Bajracharya, Soft Skills Trainer, Acting Coach, and Founder of Hungry Heroes Store. Drawing from his professional experience, he shared practical perspectives on confidence, effective communication, mental resilience, and the importance of developing a growth mindset. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, students gained a deeper understanding of how these skills influence academic performance, workplace success, and everyday life.
Throughout the session, students explored techniques to communicate with clarity, build self-confidence, overcome challenges with resilience, and develop stronger interpersonal skills. The interactive format encouraged active participation, allowing students to reflect on their strengths, exchange ideas, and apply the concepts discussed to real-life situations.
