Our BIHM students from the January 2025 intake recently put on their aprons and turned classroom lessons into delicious reality during their culinary practical sessions. This exciting hands-on experience gave students the opportunity to work in a real kitchen environment while preparing a gourmet menu that showcased both local flavors and international culinary techniques.
