BIHM Students Start Their Day with Calm and Clarity through Yoga Session

Our BIHM students recently took part in a refreshing yoga session designed to help them slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. The session focused on simple stretching, mindful breathing and gentle movements that encouraged students to relax their bodies and clear their minds.

Many students shared that the session helped them feel lighter, more focused, and ready to take on their academic day with a positive attitude. It was a small but meaningful step toward building healthier habits, reducing stress and finding balance between studies and personal well-being.
