As the modern workplace continues to evolve, Future Forward – Career Readiness for the Modern Workplace was conducted with Mr. Adarsh Dev, Career Readiness and Leadership Facilitator, for BIHM September 2025 and January 2026 intake students. The session centered on developing essential workplace competencies, with a focus on leadership, teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a rapidly changing professional landscape.
Throughout the session, students were introduced to key expectations of modern employers, gaining insights into how to present themselves confidently, collaborate effectively within teams, and navigate professional challenges with a solution-oriented approach. Emphasis was placed on bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, helping students understand the practical application of their skills in real-world settings.
The interaction and activities encouraged active participation and thoughtful engagement, allowing students to reflect on their personal strengths and areas for growth. By the end of the session, participants had a clearer perspective on aligning their capabilities with career opportunities, strengthening their readiness to enter and excel in the workforce.
