Our BIHM Jan 2023 intake students had an inspiring and learning experience during their educational visit to Kaya Ayurveda this November 2025. The visit offered a unique opportunity to explore the growing field of wellness and Ayurvedic tourism, giving students a deeper understanding of how traditional healing practices are blended with modern hospitality.
During the visit, students observed wellness therapies, Ayurvedic treatments and the operations behind wellness tourism services. They also interacted with experts, gaining practical insights into running wellness-focused hospitality businesses. This experience allowed them to connect classroom learning with real-world applications, enhancing their knowledge of service standards, guest experiences and holistic wellness practices.
