The Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (BIHM) September 2025 Intake students at IIMS College hosted Jammin’ & Grazing, a unique culinary and musical experience that brought together international flavours, live entertainment, and an evening of memorable moments.
Held on 24 July 2026 at Taylor’s Café, Naxal, Bhagwatibahal, the event offered guests an opportunity to enjoy an unlimited international charcuterie experience in a relaxed and vibrant setting. The carefully curated selection featured premium cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, crackers, nuts, and a variety of global delicacies, allowing guests to enjoy a diverse range of flavours throughout the evening.
Adding to the atmosphere was a live performance by Riddimsons, whose music created the perfect soundtrack for the evening. The combination of live music and a carefully curated culinary experience provided guests with an enjoyable opportunity to unwind, connect, and create lasting memories.
The event showcased the students’ practical knowledge and skills in hospitality, culinary experience planning, event coordination, and guest engagement. Through the organisation of Jammin’ & Grazing, the BIHM students demonstrated their ability to plan and deliver a hospitality experience that combined creativity, food, entertainment, and service.
