In today’s world, understanding how laws and systems uphold truth, transparency, and accountability is more important than ever. Recognizing this, IIMS College is organizing a special session exclusively for BCS students, aimed at providing deep insights into the legal frameworks that protect society.
The session will be led by Mr. Umanga Niraula, Public Prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney General, who brings extensive experience in legal processes and governance. Students will get the opportunity to learn about Reporting Mechanisms, Whistleblower Protection, and Government-led Prevention Strategies, key tools that ensure accountability and safeguard public interest.
Beyond theoretical knowledge, the session will focus on real-world applications of these laws, helping students understand how legal systems work to protect individuals, promote transparency, and prevent misuse of power. This hands-on learning experience is designed to bridge the gap between classroom education and practical legal understanding.
