IIMS College is set to bring a new culinary highlight to Kathmandu with its upcoming 5-Course Korean Dining Experience, organized by the BIHM Sept 2025 & Jan 2026 intake students at Taylor’s Cafe, Naxal.
This special dining event is designed to showcase authentic Korean cuisine while providing students with real-world exposure to professional fine dining operations. Through this initiative, students will demonstrate their culinary skills, creativity, and hospitality service in a live restaurant environment.
The experience will feature a carefully curated five-course menu inspired by traditional and contemporary Korean flavors. Guests can expect a combination of rich tastes, balanced textures, and visually appealing presentations, all prepared and served by aspiring hospitality professionals.
Beyond the dining experience, the event serves as a practical learning platform where students gain hands-on experience in kitchen operations, service etiquette, guest handling, teamwork, and time management—key competencies in the hospitality industry.
The event will be held from June 16 to June 19, 2026, between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM daily at Taylor’s Cafe, Naxal. The experience is priced at NRs. 400 nett per person, making it an accessible fine dining opportunity for guests in Kathmandu.
The initiative reflects IIMS College’s commitment to experiential learning, where students are trained not only in theory but also through real industry-based practice.
