IIMS College is set to host a 3-Course Middle Eastern Dining Experience, organized by the BIHM Sept 2025 & Jan 2026 intake students at Taylor’s Cafe, Naxal. Scheduled to take place from July 7 to July 10, 2026, the event will offer guests an opportunity to experience the rich and vibrant flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine while witnessing hospitality education in action.
Designed as a practical learning initiative, the dining experience provides students with a platform to apply their classroom knowledge in a real-world hospitality setting. Through this student-led event, aspiring hospitality professionals will showcase their culinary creativity, service excellence, teamwork, and attention to detail in a live fine dining environment.
The specially curated three-course menu has been carefully crafted to introduce guests to authentic Middle Eastern flavors and traditions. The dining experience will feature Creamy Hummus on Sourdough as the appetizer, followed by a Traditional Mezze Platter comprising falafels, fresh salads, dips, and grilled accompaniments, and will conclude with the classic Middle Eastern dessert Basbousa.
Beyond offering guests a memorable culinary experience, the event serves as a valuable experiential learning opportunity for students. From food preparation and presentation to guest interaction and service delivery, students will gain hands-on exposure to the operational standards and expectations of the hospitality industry.
The event will be held daily from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM at Taylor’s Cafe, Naxal, and is open to guests who wish to enjoy a unique student-led dining experience. The experience is priced at NRs. 400 nett per person.
