| Educational Qualifications | : | A minimum of a Master's Degree in Health and Wellness, Holistic Health, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred. |
| Responsibilities | : | |
| 1. Module Delivery | : | Design and deliver comprehensive lectures, workshops, and practical sessions for the Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness module. Foster a learning environment that encourages the development of transferable skills, including discipline specific knowledge, global competencies, and problem-solving skills. |
| 2. Transferable Skills Development | : | Guide students in recognizing and understanding holistic health and wellness theories and applying them practically to achieve physical and mental equilibrium. Facilitate learning on various traditional holistic methods, including breathing techniques and weight management, tailored for individuals to reduce the effects of stress on urban/professional/student lifestyles. |
| 3. Reflection and Adaptation | : | Instruct students in reflecting on the adaptation of holistic concepts and techniques through the assessment of individual physical and mental wellbeing. Encourage critical thinking regarding the impact of holistic practices on individuals and guide students in identifying methods that can be replicated to promote harmony and positivity. |
| 4. Practical Application of Mindfulness | : | Provide hands on experience in the practical application of mindfulness, concentration, and relaxation techniques to release stress and increase empathy. Foster positive interactions within society as a whole through the application of learned techniques. |
