| Responsibilities | : | |
| 1. Module Delivery | : | Design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions for the Convention & Banquet Sales module. Foster an interactive learning environment that promotes the development of transferable skills, including Discipline specific knowledge, Social Competencies, and Communication Skills. |
| 2. Module Outcome Achievement | : | Guide students in identifying banquet and conference facilities with varying capacities available in a hotel. Instruct students on how to display social awareness while building positive relationships through the preparation of comprehensive hotel sales proposals for event bidding. |
| 3. Sales Negotiation Techniques | : | Demonstrate and teach effective sales negotiation techniques, emphasizing essential communication skills in handling convention & banquet sales. Provide students with practical experience in expressing themselves effectively, expressively, and sensitively in sales negotiations. |
| 4. Delphi Sales and Catering System | : | Explore and utilize the Delphi Sales & Catering system for producing Banquet Event Orders. Guide students in collaborative decision-making and problem-solving of events between prospective clients and hotels using the Delphi system. |
| Skills | : | Strong discipline specific knowledge in convention and banquet sales. |
