On 20th February 2025, IIMS College organized a guest lecture on Design Thinking for the BIHM January 2024 Intake students. The session, held at 7:00 AM at the Hattisar Block, featured Mr. Ajay Yadav, Co-founder of Youth Hive Nepal.
Mr. Yadav shared valuable insights into creative problem-solving and the importance of user-centered design in developing innovative solutions. He emphasized how Design Thinking can be applied to address real-world challenges, particularly in the hospitality industry. The event included interactive discussions and practical examples, allowing students to engage directly with the concepts of Design Thinking. This hands-on approach helped students develop critical thinking skills and gain a deeper understanding of how to solve complex problems, preparing them for future leadership roles in the hospitality sector.
