The team showcased critical thinking in addressing transportation challenges, making the project stand out for its societal impact and innovative approach to solving real-world problems.
This award was presented to the hobby project हाम्रो गन्तब्य, designed to calculate optimal travel routes, modes of transportation (private or public), time, and cost, offering users the most convenient travel options. The project’s poster presentation effectively conveyed its purpose, methodology, and impact, and it stood out for its clarity, visual appeal, and effective communication of complex information.
Discrete Emergency Alert System won the Best Capstone Project Award for its innovative integration of IoT technology to discreetly signal for help in emergencies. The project addressed a critical need for personal safety, providing a discreet and reliable solution for individuals at risk. Its practical application and potential to enhance personal security made it the most outstanding project in the capstone category.
Jalsewa Water Transportation project received the Best Innovative Project Award for its creative solution to improve water supply and delivery. By bridging the gap between water sources and end-users, the project offers an efficient transportation system for both B2B and B2C segments. The innovation demonstrated by the team is expected to have significant potential in enhancing access to clean water, making it a standout project in terms of innovation and practicality.
