Basic Job Information

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for providing professional and courteous reception services, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office area.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
promptly.
• Manage the front desk area and ensure it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with
necessary materials.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages.
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with security protocols.
• Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding the organization's
services.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document
preparation.
• Coordinate with various departments to relay messages and facilitate
communication.
• Handle complaints or concerns from visitors professionally and escalate when
necessary.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Technical Requirements

Education
• +2 or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Additional certification in office management or customer service is an advantage.

Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing
role.
• Experience in a corporate, hospitality, is preferred. Skills & Competencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, neat appearance, and punctuality.
