The Future Forward: Human Skills for Future Tech Leaders session was conducted for the BCS January 2026 Intake students, providing valuable insights into the importance of essential human skills in the rapidly evolving technology industry.
Led by Mr. Ankush Adhikari, Soft Skills Trainer, the session explored how technical knowledge, when supported by strong communication, confidence, adaptability, collaboration, and leadership skills, can contribute to long-term professional growth and career success.

Throughout the engaging session, students gained a deeper understanding of the role human skills play in building meaningful professional relationships, working effectively in teams, communicating ideas with confidence, and adapting to the changing demands of the workplace. The discussion encouraged students to look beyond technical expertise and recognise the importance of personal and professional development in becoming well-rounded technology professionals.

The session also highlighted the growing need for future tech leaders who can not only understand and apply technology but also communicate effectively, collaborate with diverse teams, approach challenges with confidence, and lead with responsibility.
Through this learning experience, the BCS January 2026 Intake students were encouraged to strengthen the human skills that complement their technical knowledge and prepare themselves for the opportunities and challenges of the future workplace.
