IIMS College organised a comprehensive training session on Data Preprocessing, Reporting and Analytics as part of its ongoing commitment to the professional development and continuous learning of its staff members.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Sujan Gauchhan, Business Intelligence & Data Analyst at Sipradi, who brought valuable industry experience and practical insights to the training. The session focused on strengthening participants’ understanding of how data can be effectively processed, analysed, interpreted, and presented to support informed decision-making.

Throughout the session, our staff members explored Data Preprocessing and Analytics, Pivot Tables, Reporting, and Power BI. The practical approach to these areas provided participants with a better understanding of how to organise and work with data, identify meaningful patterns, prepare effective reports, and use visualisation tools to communicate insights more effectively.
The session also highlighted the importance of data-driven thinking in the workplace, encouraging staff members to use reliable data and analytical approaches when evaluating information, identifying trends, and making professional decisions. The knowledge gained can support staff in improving efficiency, strengthening reporting practices, and applying more informed approaches within their respective areas of work.

The interactive learning environment also provided an opportunity for participants to engage with practical examples, discuss real-world applications, and enhance their confidence in working with data analytics tools and techniques.

As part of the IIMS family, we continue to encourage a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing, creating opportunities for our staff to develop relevant skills and stay equipped for an evolving professional landscape.
