IIMS College successfully completed the Signature 4-Course Italian Dining Experience at Taylor’s Cafe, Naxal, offering BIHM students a valuable real-time learning opportunity in a professional fine dining environment.
The program was designed for students of BIHM Sept 2025 & Jan 2026 intake to gain practical exposure in culinary arts and hospitality operations. Over the course of four days (June 9 to June 12, 2026), students actively participated in preparing, presenting, and serving a specially curated Italian menu.
Throughout the experience, students worked in a live restaurant setup where they practiced different roles such as kitchen preparation, plating, service delivery, guest handling, and teamwork coordination. This hands-on approach helped them understand the standards and discipline required in the hospitality industry.

The menu featured authentic Italian dishes prepared by the students under the guidance of instructors, allowing them to apply classroom knowledge into real-world practice. Along with culinary preparation, equal focus was given to service quality, guest experience, and professional communication.
The initiative not only strengthened technical and practical skills but also helped students build confidence, responsibility, and teamwork in a real hospitality setting. Guests who attended the dining experience appreciated the effort, presentation, and service provided by the students.
