Hospitality Project Management is a work-based learning approach that immerses students in the entrepreneurial side of the hospitality industry. For seven weeks, students form teams and run their own businesses, taking on roles in marketing, finance, operations, and human resources. This hands-on experience allows them to:

Hospitality Project Management is a 7-week intensive program where students form teams and run their own hospitality businesses. Each team assumes the roles of real entrepreneurs, handling various aspects of the business, including:
- Team Formation and Role Allocation: Students divide into teams, assign roles, and establish clear lines of communication.
- Business Planning: Teams develop comprehensive business plans, outlining their concept, target market, marketing strategies, financial projections, and operational procedures.
- Marketing and Promotion: Students create marketing campaigns to attract customers, utilizing various channels such as social media, flyers, and word-of-mouth.
- Operations Management: Teams manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

Newa Bhansa is a culinary journey through Nepal’s rich culinary heritage. This restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring authentic Nepali dishes, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. From savory curries to delectable momos, Newa Bhansa caters to every palate.
