The IIMS Wellbeing Unit successfully conducted a skill-building workshop titled “Own Your Time, Own Your Voice” at the IIMS College premises. The session focused on two essential areas of student development: effective time management and confident communication. This workshop was designed to help students better understand how to take control of their schedules, reduce procrastination, and manage academic and personal responsibilities with clarity. Alongside time management techniques, the session also focused on helping students develop assertiveness and the ability to express themselves confidently in both academic and social settings.

Students explored real-life scenarios and practiced strategies to speak up clearly, listen actively, and organize their daily tasks more efficiently.
