The Job Readiness Training Program for BCS January 2023 Intake students was held from 29th to 31st March 2026, providing a valuable opportunity for students to gain practical knowledge and insights from industry professionals.
The program began on 29th March with Mr. Kshitiz Acharya from Buddha Tech Pvt. Ltd., who introduced students to the key skills required in the modern workplace and shared his experience on how to prepare effectively for professional roles.
On 30th March, Mr. Asbin Khanal from InternSathi conducted a session for BCS students, focusing on real-world applications, workplace expectations, and strategies to excel in a professional environment.
The program concluded on 31st March with Mr. Adwait Khadka from Buddha Tech Pvt. Ltd., guiding BCS students through advanced job readiness skills, offering practical tips, and helping them understand how to navigate career opportunities successfully.
Across all three sessions, students gained hands-on insights, learned from professionals, and developed essential skills to enhance their career readiness. The program served as an interactive platform for students to connect with industry experts and better prepare for their future professional journeys.
