IIMS College successfully conducted a half-day staff enrichment session titled “Collaborative Empowerment: A staff enrichment session” on July 29, 2025. The session was organized to foster professional growth, collaboration, and innovation among faculty members through meaningful engagement and expert guidance.
The event featured three distinguished speakers from Taylor’s University in Malaysia: Dr. Thivashini B Jaya Kumar, Dr. Thanuja Rathakrishnan, and Dr. Aqilah Yaacob. Each brought a unique perspective on academic excellence, leadership in education, and empowering faculty through effective strategies and shared experiences.
