The BIHM Sept 2025 & Jan 2026 batches presented a specially curated three-course dining experience featuring Starter, Main Course, and Dessert to the esteemed delegates from Taylor’s University. Every aspect of the dining experience, from menu selection to plating and table service, was handled by the students, reflecting their growing culinary expertise and professional hospitality skills. Each course highlighted the students’ attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to deliver a seamless dining experience in a professional setting.
Beyond the kitchen, the students also managed the fine dining service, attending to guests with professionalism, ensuring proper etiquette, timing, and personalized attention. This comprehensive involvement gave students practical exposure to high-level hospitality operations.

The experience served as a hands-on platform for learning, where students applied classroom knowledge, refined culinary skills, and developed confidence in handling real guests. It reinforced the importance of both culinary precision and service excellence, preparing them to meet international hospitality standards.
This initiative is a reflection of IIMS College’s commitment to providing students with experiential learning opportunities, nurturing future hoteliers who are well-equipped for professional challenges in the global hospitality industry.
