Our BIHM Sept 2025 & Jan 2026 batches recently presented a specially curated three-course European meal featuring Starter, Main Course and Dessert, providing guests with an elegant and flavorful dining experience. Each dish reflected careful preparation, classic European techniques, and attention to presentation, showcasing the students’ growing culinary expertise.




From planning the menu to serving each course, the students managed every detail, demonstrating teamwork, creativity, and professional hospitality. The event offered a practical platform for students to apply their classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, enhancing their skills in both kitchen operations and fine dining service.
