IIMS College recently organized an insightful Workplace Readiness session aimed at equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market. The session, conducted with Ms. Prinsha Singh, HR Manager, focused on developing essential skills, professional etiquette, and the right mindset for real-world work environments.
During the session, students explored key aspects of workplace readiness, including communication skills, time management, teamwork, and professional conduct. They also gained practical guidance on how to confidently present themselves to employers and understand expectations in professional settings.

Students described the session as a valuable learning experience, providing them with actionable insights to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional life. It was an excellent opportunity for students to enhance their employability and prepare for future careers.
The session was designed specifically for BBUS students, highlighting how soft skills, professional etiquette and the right mindset are just as important as academic achievements in building a successful career.
