IIMS College conducted the “From Campus to Corporate” Mock Interview Series, an initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world professional expectations. The program provided BCS Jan 2023 Intake students with a valuable opportunity to experience realistic interview scenarios and gain direct insights from experienced industry professionals who actively recruit and lead in their respective fields.
Through this hands-on exposure, students enhanced their understanding of employer expectations, improved their communication and presentation skills, and strengthened their overall confidence in a professional setting.
The sessions featured an esteemed panel of interviewers, including

- Mr. Manjil Sthapit – Software Developer, Verisk Nepal
- Mr. Sanjeeb Shrestha – Assistant General Manager, Hard Rock Cafe
- Mr. Bibek Rajthala – Leading Data Management Partner, Logictive Solutions
- Ms. Prinsha Singh – HR Manager, IIMS College
- Mr. Aayush Bajracharya – BBUS & MBA Coordinator, IIMS College
- Ms. Gini Shrestha – HR Manager, CAS Total Solutions
Conducted on April 23 and 24, 2026 from 07:30 AM onwards at the college premises, the sessions successfully simulated real corporate interview environments. Students were evaluated on their responses, confidence, and overall presentation, while also receiving constructive feedback to help them improve further. The experience allowed them to strengthen their “elevator pitch,” learn to manage interview pressure, and develop a more confident and professional mindset.
Overall, the Mock Interview Series proved to be a significant step in preparing students for their transition from campus to the corporate world, equipping them with practical skills, industry exposure, and the confidence required to excel in their future careers.
