IIMS College recently hosted an exclusive Flambé Session, led by Dr. Anshul Garg, Programme Director at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. The session provided an immersive learning experience for students across multiple BIHM intakes, showcasing the perfect blend of culinary skill, precision, and presentation.

Students observed and practiced the flambé technique, a signature method in fine dining where alcohol is ignited to enhance both flavor and visual appeal. Beyond technical execution, the session emphasized the importance of tableside service, safety, and guest engagement, highlighting how culinary artistry contributes to memorable dining experiences.
