Our BCS September 2025 intake students had the privilege of attending a special Guest Lecture on Strengthening Integrity on 20th November at IIMS College. The session was led by Senior Advocate and Former High Court Judge Ms. Sarita Sharma, who guided students through the important topics of reporting mechanisms, whistleblower protection, and governance strategies that are crucial for ethical leadership.
During the lecture, students explored practical ways to uphold integrity in professional and personal life. They learned how transparent reporting, ethical decision-making, and protecting whistleblowers play a vital role in creating accountable and trustworthy organizations.
The session also highlighted how these practices can help students build strong professional reputations and become responsible leaders in the future. It was a great opportunity for students to gain knowledge that goes beyond textbooks and connects directly to professional life.
