Our BIHM January 2024 students are having an exciting and hands-on learning experience at Taylor’s Cafe. Over the past few days, they have been learning the art of making cocktails and mocktails, along with flair bartending. The sessions give students the chance to explore new recipes, practice mixing and shaking techniques, and discover creative ways to present beverages.
These practical sessions help students build confidence, improve their skills and get a real feel of working in the hospitality industry. With more fun and interactive sessions coming up, our students are making the most of every opportunity to learn, practice and enjoy the world of hospitality.
