Our BIHM Jan 2025 students are learning the exciting world of bakery with hands-on practice and creativity. Today, they focused on exploring different baking techniques, learning how to balance flavors, and mastering the art of presentation. Each session is designed to give students hands-on experience, helping them understand the practical side of hospitality and culinary arts.




These interactive classes allow students to experiment, be creative and refine their skills under the guidance of an experienced teacher. By practicing real-world bakery methods, students are gaining the confidence and expertise needed to succeed in global hospitality.
