BCS Students Explore Mental Resilience at “Future Forward – Thrive Under Pressure” Session

On April 09, BCS September Intake Students participated in the Future Forward – Thrive Under Pressure session, an insightful event focused on mental resilience, stress management, and enhancing focus in demanding academic environments. The session was led by Mr. Sandesh Ghimire, a distinguished Public Health Researcher and Psychosocial Counselor, known for his expertise in psychosocial well-being and mental health.

During the session, Mr. Ghimire discussed practical strategies to handle academic pressure and personal stress, emphasizing the importance of maintaining mental well-being while striving for peak performance. Students engaged actively, exploring techniques to sharpen focus, stay organized and cultivate a balanced approach to challenges.

The event provided a platform for students to gain professional insights into managing stress, improving concentration, and developing resilience, skills essential for both academic success and personal growth. Participants expressed appreciation for the interactive and informative nature of the session, noting that the guidance offered was highly relevant to their day-to-day experiences.
