On 16th November, our BCS September 2024 intake students had the opportunity to attend an inspiring session titled “Future Forward: The Leadership Compass – Navigating Your Authentic Self” at Aranya Boutique Hotel.
The session was designed to help students understand their strengths, embrace their authentic selves, and develop essential leadership skills that will guide them in their personal and professional journeys.
We extend our thanks to Ms. Mamita Shrestha for her insightful guidance and for motivating our students to explore their true potential.Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, students were encouraged to reflect on their values, set meaningful goals and build confidence in their leadership abilities.
This session marked as an important step in nurturing future leaders who are prepared to face challenges, make thoughtful decisions and grow both personally and professionally.
