BCS September 2024 students of IIMS College took part in an engaging and highly insightful session titled “Future Forward: Mastering Emotional Intelligence and Strategic Networking in Leadership” held at Aranya Boutique Hotel.
Led by Ms. Pranjali Singh, the session aimed to build essential leadership qualities—helping students understand how emotional intelligence shapes decision-making and how strategic networking drives future opportunities.
Students shared that the session felt dynamic, relatable, and eye-opening. With real-life examples, interactive discussions, and practical activities, they enjoyed learning how to navigate professional spaces with confidence and clarity. Many expressed that it was one of the most impactful sessions of the semester.
