IIMS College conducted an engaging Bar Juggling and Flaring Session for the BIHM September 2024 Intake students, providing them with an opportunity to explore the creativity, coordination, precision, and presentation involved in professional beverage service.
The session was led by Mr. Mastran Majhi, Senior Instructor, along with other instructors from Kathmandu Legend Flair Bartending Academy. The instructors shared their industry knowledge and demonstrated various bar juggling and flaring techniques, allowing students to gain a better understanding of the skills and confidence required in professional bartending.

Through interactive demonstrations and practical learning activities, students explored different techniques involved in handling bar tools, performing flair movements, and presenting beverages in an engaging and visually appealing manner. The session also highlighted the importance of coordination, accuracy, creativity, and presentation in enhancing the overall guest experience.
The practical exposure allowed students to observe how bar flair can add entertainment and value to beverage service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. It also encouraged them to develop confidence and gain a deeper understanding of the diverse skills required in the hospitality industry.
