Hospitality Launchpad took place at IIMS College, Everest Block, bringing together aspiring hospitality enthusiasts for a day filled with knowledge, inspiration, and hands-on experiences. The event created an exciting platform for students to explore the evolving world of hospitality.
The session featured distinguished industry experts including Mr. Upendra Sagar Joshi, Culinary Director at IIMS College, who shared valuable insights on transforming culinary passion into a global career. Mr. Sudeep Lama delivered an engaging talk on hospitality and entrepreneurship, encouraging students to think beyond traditional career paths. Mr. Roshan Shakya led an insightful discussion on the future of Hospitality HR and the growing importance of strategic human resource practices in the industry.
Participants attended three focused workshop sessions covering Culinary Arts, Hospitality Entrepreneurship, and Hospitality HR. The event also included a guided walkthrough of the IIMS College Premises and Cafe facilities, offering students a firsthand look at the learning environment. One of the highlights of the day was an energetic flaring demonstration that captivated the audience.
